A multisensory approach to building skills in the areas of expressive & receptive language, motor skills, and sensory regulation. Songs for Summer Resource Package Two is a collection of eight original songs with instructional videos for implementation, chords, lyrics, and printable visuals (when applicable).
 
The material in this package is geared towards our older school age students (high school) who are developing expressive and receptive language skills, and motor planning skills. 
 
*Our resource packages are set up as instructional videos to stream or download. 
 
Overarching goals targeted in this package are expressive & receptive language, motor skills, and sensory regulation. 
 
1. Under the Water 
A sequencing song targeting expressive & receptive language and
motor imitation.
2. Ocean Song (with light projector!)
A sensory experience with a calm song, light projector, and sea
creatures. This song is also found in Resource Package One.
3. Parachute, Parachute, Parachute 
A parachute song for summer with a bubble machine!
4. So Many Ways to Get Around
A structured “Topic of the Day” song for student input, targeting
expressive & receptive language.
5.Where Would I Go? 
A structured “Topic of the Day” song for student input, targeting
expressive & receptive language. This song also targets motor
imitation.
6. Take a Vacation 
a song filled with sensory experiences - smells, visuals, fan, & lights. This
song was created for our students with cortical visual impairment.
7. When I Have a Big Feeling 
A song that teaches a couple of the tools we can access to help
regulate our bodies when we feel mad, frustrated, or over excited.
8. Four Creatures 
a song for paddle drums targeting crossing midlined and range of
motion.
