A multisensory approach to building skills in the areas of expressive and receptive language, motor skills, and sensory regulation. Songs for Fall Resource Package Two is a collection of eight original songs with instructional videos for implementation, chords, lyrics, and printable visuals (when applicable). The material in this package is geared towards our older school age students.

Overarching goals targeted in this package are expressive & receptive language, motor skills, and sensory regulation.

Also included in this package are some adaptations we implement to make materials accessible for our students with cortical visual impairment. For two of the songs we'll share our CVI-friendly visuals and one song (Find a Little Light) is a sensory song specifically created for our students with CVI.

   A movement song with visuals & sign language targeting gross and fine motor skills,             bilateral coordination, and expressive & receptive language skills

   A song about nocturnal animals with visuals and a night sky projector targeting gross           and fine motor skills and expressive & receptive language skills

   A song about the changes we observe in Fall with visuals & ASL, targeting motor                     imitation and expressive & receptive language skills

  A drumming song with space for student input (structured “topic of the day”)
8. Find a Little Light  (p.42)
  A sensory song with string lights, a fan, & visuals geared towards students with cortical        visual impairment
